Reply Ann Gilberg February 8, 2021 at 12:02 pm Hey Dylan 😉 It depends a lot on what kind of designs you want to make. So it is really difficult to say what wou will need in paticular. But if you want to start with lining I would recommend using a 9RL for the beginning. It is very comportable to use. And maybe a 5Rl for dotwork. It is not as fine as a 3Rl but maybe a little better for practice at the beginning. And a 1218RL if you want to fill 😉 I hope this could help a little.
